Trustco Banks Home Town Commitment Pledge is a new employee incentive program that will raise an average $12,500 annually for regional charitable organizations. The program will give new hires the opportunity to select a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for which Trustco Bank will make a contribution on their behalf.

To encourage donations, Trustco Bank has identified regional organizations that align with their mission as a hometown bank for new hires to choose from. If a new hire has an existing relationship with another 501(c)(3) organization, they can select that group as the recipient of the donation.
