Account Security

Check Positive Pay
  • Provide the bank with a file of the checks your business issues which includes amount and check number. This information is compared to items presented nightly and any exceptions are reviewed for you to make the appropriate decision.
Positive Payee
  • The same benefits as our Check Positive Pay with the added protection of having the payee information included with your file. This gives you an extra level of protection.
ACH Positive Pay
  • Identify vendors authorized to complete ACH debit transactions in your account. Exceptions are identified for you to decide whether to pay or return.
