Bill has been a lifelong resident of the Capital District, growing up in Lansingburgh and graduating from Siena College. He has over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial lending. In his current capacity as a commercial lender, Bill is well-versed with investment property financing, SBA loans, commercial lines of credit, commercial vehicles, and construction and rehab loans.

Pat is a North Country resident, having grown up and currently living in Queensbury, NY. He is an experienced commercial lender and has been with Trustco Bank for over 25 years. Pat is very experienced in many facets of commercial lending, including owner-occupied and investor-owned commercial real estate, residential tract development financing, new construction financing, commercial lines of credit, equipment financing, and small business lending. He currently serves on the SUNY Adirondack Foundation Board.

Douglas is a Commercial Lending Officer who covers Florida. Over his 30+ years of lending, he has provided financing for wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, contractors, service companies, homebuilders, professional sports franchises, auto dealers, publicly listed entities, golf courses, and commercial real estate investors/developers, as well as a variety of other specialty industries. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and an MBA in Finance and Marketing.

Takla has over 21 years of banking experience, with a vast knowledge of all commercial lending, residential lending, and deposit products. Prior to joining the Commercial Lending Department, Takla managed the Branch Administration Department for many years. In addition, he has experience in the areas of compliance and human resources, as well as managing the Training Department for a couple of years. Takla received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Alexandria University in 1998. Takla also acquired his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SUNY Albany in 2018. Takla is involved with several charitable and civic organizations in the Capital District.
