I began working with Trustco Bank in November 2012 as an Assistant Branch Manager after a 30-year career in the Military. I enjoy working with the public, because no day is the same. They all bring new challenges and experiences. The best part of my job is sitting at my desk with an individual or a couple and discussing the processes of purchasing a home. It gives me a good feeling when I can speak to them face to face answering all their questions, explaining Trustco Bank's rates, monthly payments, and closing costs and letting them know Trustco Bank is the Financial Institution they can feel comfortable working with. There is no better feeling than reaching out to that same couple or individual and letting them know their loan application has been approved, and they can look forward to moving into the home they have chosen to continue or begin their family.
