Karin Sterritt

My name is Karin Sterritt, and I am a business banker at Trustco Bank. My role as a business banker is to originate mortgages and develop business relationships in and around the community.

I began my career with Trustco Bank in 2012, shortly after earning my Bachelor's Degree in Science. By 2015 I was a Branch Manager and a loan originator. I believe the key to success is customer service. To me that means being friendly, professional, and timely. I enjoy educating customers on their lending options. Whether you are purchasing your first home or buying a car, these are important decisions. I strive to quickly answer questions and alleviate concerns. As your loan originator, I will be your guide through every step of the process.

In addition to overseeing the Trustco Branches in Columbia County, NY, I am an active member and former president of the Hudson Rotary Club. I attend Full Life Church in Catskill, NY and I am a member of the Catskill Mountain Beekeepers Club. Outside of work, you can find me advocating for rescue dogs and pet adoption, hiking, cooking, and traveling.
