Robert (Robbie) Fleming

Hi, my name is Robert “Robbie” Fleming. I’m a Columbia County native and enjoy working with clients both locally and beyond. I began my career in the automotive industry in sales before moving into corporate management as a General Manager, where I developed a strong appreciation for customer experience and relationship building.

I joined Trustco Bank as the Branch Manager and Loan Originator for our Valatie location because I genuinely enjoy helping people reach their financial goals and believe in Trustco’s customer-first approach. When you work with me, you’ll work directly with me from start to finish. I make it a priority to keep you informed at every step of the process, so you always know where things stand and never have to guess.

Whether I’m helping with a home purchase or exploring ways to use the equity in an existing home, my goal is to make the experience as clear and stress-free as possible. I also work closely with our in-branch team to ensure every customer feels supported throughout their journey.
