For example:
Trustco’s Appraised Value $100,000 x 80% LTV Maximum = $80,000 less 1st mortgage principle balance if any, equals remaining equity.

³ No closing costs if $15,000 or more is drawn on your line at closing. If less than $15,000 is drawn, only cost is mortgage tax which is based on the total credit line amount. If your line is cancelled for any reason within 3 years from the closing date, the amount of closing costs and mortgage tax we pay at closing will be added to our payoff amount owed.
