Current Online Banking Customers

For those customers who already are using online banking with Trustco, your logon id and password will remain the same. However, UPPER and lower case now matter in your logon id, so please type this as it was communicated to you in our email introducing the new system

The first thing you may notice is our new, enhanced logon security. Recent government regulation has required all financial institutions to implement a new type of security process for online banking.

• As a benefit of this new security, you can now easily reset your password online!
• A new user-friendly interface with online help just a click away makes it easier than ever to check your balances and transfer money between accounts.
• Speaking of transfers: Parents of college students will appreciate the new "Deposit-only" transfer feature that allows you to instantly send money into your child's account if they are also Trustco customers!
• The new system provides 18 months of online account and check image history, along with 18 months of statement history.
• No more waiting until you can get to a branch to stop payment on a lost or stolen check! We now support online stop-payment requests.
• Included with the system are advanced features such as built-in Personal Finance Manager and download to Microsoft Money. With powerful features like categorization of transactions, check register, and net worth calculator keeping track of your budget just got easier!
• The best keeps on getting better with enhanced Bill Pay services. In addition to all of the features you have previously had, you can now pay bills from more than one account, view images of check bill payments, schedule multiple payments at once, and much, much more!
